Job Title:
Tailored Day Services — Job Coach
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Program Manager will assist Clients with increased integration and inclusion opportunities to develop or maintain employment, opportunities for volunteer activities and opportunities to pursue postsecondary education through customization directed services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED
Must have a valid California Driver License with a good driving record and insurance coverage
T.B. clearance will be required
CPR-First Aid certification is desirable
Background check for Criminal Identification through Department of Justice
Previous work or volunteer experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferable
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing case management services to an assigned group of clients per agency procedures.
Supervise and job coach as needed with the individual being served on a one to one basis while at a job site, intern work site or volunteer work. The job coaching includes alternative methods of service such as; Over the phone training, Facetime, Zoom, or any other form of training necessary to assist the individual in being successful in the training being provided.
Develops appropriate community networking to facilitate client work training/employment in community-based enterprises and community integration opportunities.
Provide Customized training with flexible schedules including assisting Clients in post-secondary education programs and increased community integration activities.
Encourages clients to develop appropriate socialization and work/education ethics. Focusing on appropriate dress personal hygiene, attendance, social interactions and punctuality.
Encourages good communication skills.
Responsible for providing ongoing support services to clients in Employment, Volunteer activities and Post-Secondary Education who have not reached stabilization.
Responsible for completing all required documentation and reports per agency procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
Attend all required meeting and services.
Will confer with other staff and appropriate others as necessary to insure a coordinated effort in the client Supported Employment Training Program.
Will maintain a professional relationship with referral sources, employers, parents, care providers, BARC staff and supervisors, and all other members of the community.
Must be available to work any shift assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Program Manager will supervise client workers and provide case management, counseling and supported employment services to such clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED

Previous work or volunteer experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferable

Job Title:
Client Coordinator
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Vice-President/Director of Programs, shall be responsible for the coordination of all client services offered by Bakersfield ARC Programs. This is not a supervisory position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A. degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work Rehabilitation or other related fields. High School diploma or GED with extensive experience in the field may be substituted for the degree if deemed suitable by Bakersfield ARC.
2 years' case management experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Experience working as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team developing program plans.
Knowledge of the rehabilitation program and Regional Center system desired.
Must have a valid California Driver License with a good driving record and insurance coverage
T.B. clearance will be required
CPR-First Aid certification is desirable
Background check for Criminal Identification through Department of Justice
Must be able to sit/stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the case management of at least 50 clients in multiple programs.
Effective monitoring of facility and program components to ensure the welfare, rights, health and safety of clients.
Act as a liaison with parents, care-providers, client representatives and other client-serving agencies.
Maintain accurate and effective documentation on all clients as required by Bakersfield ARC, referral agencies and accreditation guidelines.

Job Description:
Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Director of Job Development, will direct clients on learning their job and provide case management, training and assistance with the development plans

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing case management services to an assigned individual or group of clients per agency procedures.
Trains clients on their job duties and work with business owners to make our clients a success.
Develops appropriate community networking to facilitate client employment in community-based enterprises.

Job Title:
Supported Living Trainer
Job Description:
The Supported Living Trainer will work under the supervision and direction of the SLS Program Manager and will be responsible for the clients assigned to the Program. The SLS Trainer will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that live independently in the community and will provide training and assistance as needed in the areas of independent living.

Must have reliable transportation to get to assignments and transport clients to appointments.
Must be able to write case notes and incident reports as necessary and to communicate with staff, clients and referring agencies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide instruction/training to clients in the areas of need, based on the IPP (Individual Program Plan). Provide any assistance necessary to all clients in the program with their day to day needs.
Record/maintain required documentation on each.
Develop appropriate community networking to facilitate community integration based on client needs and desires.
Attend all required client, staff and other meetings and trainings as deemed necessary by the Program Manager.
