TITLE VI

Bakersfield ARC will carry out its programs, activities, and services in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bakersfield ARC or any of its employees will not, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity, exclude any person from participating in, deny the benefits of, or subject him/her to discrimination under any Bakersfield ARC programs, services, or activities.
